 Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure  the biscuit production  process to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor production output, speed, and machine performance to meet daily targets.
• Ensure all biscuits meet quality, safety and hygiene standards.
• Track raw material usage and minimize wastage.

BSC Degree in Food science, Chemical engineering  or similar field  and  3 years and above  relevant  work  experience in food /biscuit manufacturing /preferably in supervisory role /
