Under the general supervision of Manager of HR and Administration Department, performs administrative duties in the areas of recruitment, selection, placement, HRD, wages, benefits, files and records management and employee welfare services; participates in the development of systems to broaden and enhance the overall company humanresource development policies; ensures all personnel actions are undertaken as per approved
human resource management policies and procedures of the Company.
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs activities related to personnel management such as, recruitment, HRD , pay administration, employee relations and welfare services;
Assists in sorting applications according to announced criteria and the Company’s personnel recruitment procedures;
Assists in organizing, arranging and conducting competence ratings, written examinations, interview sessions and reference checks;
Follows-up that efficient staffing and training are carried out on the basis of requests from other work units;
Ensures the consistent application of approved HR policies and procedures on recruitment, promotion, demotion, evaluation, transfers, resignation, disciplinary actions wage and salary,and employee benefits;
Participates in training need assessment for human resources development programs;
Ensures the proper administration and control of personnel records and files;
Administers employee benefit programs such as pension, insurance and others;
Compiles and prepares HR statistics;
Participates in preparing human resource plans and budget and periodic reports;
Participates in various HR studies;
Performs other related duties as required.
Provides administrative assistance and secretarial services to the manager assigned.
Takes and transcribes oral dictation and type’s correspondence, articles, reports and minutes on general, special and technical subjects with a very high degree of proficiency and accuracy.
Operates typewriters, computers, fax, photocopy and other office machines applicable to the office.
Sorts out mails delivered to the office; handles incoming and outgoing correspondence and reviews correspondence for signature; expedites matters directed to departments and other work units.
4. JOB REQUIREMENT:
4.1 Education:
B.A. in Management or diploma in secretarial science or related field
4.2 Experience:
2 years of relevant experience in HR & Secretary
5. COMPETENCIES
Good knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
Good knowledge of human resource policies and procedures of the company
Ability to communicate orallyand in writing
Ability to coordinate activities and maintain harmonious human relations
Basic computer application skills
