Job SummaryÂ
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Electric vehicles to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right EV solutions and financing options. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain customer relationships & understanding customer’s financial prospects and provide the best fitted solution available.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

Greet and assist customers professionally to understand their preferences and requirements.

Provide accurate and detailed information on available electric vehicle models, features, pricing, and specifications.

Guide customers through financing options, helping them identify the most suitable support plans.

Maintain a structured lead pipeline and share regular updates with stakeholders through CRM or other platforms.

Understand customer needs deeply to propose suitable solutions and create long-term relationships.

Organize and support campaigns, events, and promotions related to EV awareness and sales.

Facilitate test drive sessions and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the process.

Coordinate with dealerships and financial institutions to streamline the buying journey.

Maintain accurate customer data and ensure timely follow-up from inquiry to post-sale.

Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Attend sales meetings and regular training sessions to enhance product and market knowledge.

Mobilize to dealer shops or other locations when needed to attend to customer inquiries or visits.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological updates in the EV space.

Maintain a clean and organized showroom or work area.

Perform any other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Skills

BA Degree in Marketing or business-related studies

Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Previous experience in automotive or EV sales is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of electric vehicles or willingness to learn.

Ability to use CRM tools and manage lead tracking systems.

Valid driver’s license required.

Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.
