The OpportunityÂ
The post holder is also responsible to support project designing, overseeing qualities of implementation processes, monitor, evaluate, ensuring accountabilities and sharing of learning by using PALS standards in general and NOs’ MEAL requirements in specific.  She/he ensures integration as well as smooth teamwork within the program unit level. Key components of the position also include supporting the development and implementation of MEAL system in the project, networking, developing and strengthening partnerships and main-streaming of child centred community development.
The Individual
-
Education at Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent in Social science, Development studies, Economics, Statistics and ManagementÂ
-
Three years of monitoring & evaluation position experience and at least 2 years of Monitoring & Evaluation experience with NGOs.Â
-
Practical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including log frames, result chains, theories of change, and assessment/evaluations.

Experience in working in team spirt, coaching, mentoring, capacity building, and performance review and appraisal is the plus
