Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
     
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and interview processes.
     
  •  Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires to enhance integration and productivity.
     
  •  Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent requirements.
     
  •  Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
     
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
     
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
     
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
     
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.
     
  •  Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on setting clear performance goals.
     
  • Identify training needs and recommend learning and development initiatives.
     
  •  Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
     
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and resort policies.
     
  •  Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
     
  • Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and salary reviews.
     
  • Ensure proper handling of severance, annual leave payments, and service charges as required.
     
  •  Prepare HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness.
     
  •  Provide strategic recommendations based on HR analytics and trends.
     
  •  Collaborate with the corporate office HR team to align resort HR practices with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
     
  •  Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
     
  •  Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations.
     
  • Familiarity with hotel or resort HR operations is a plus.
     
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
     
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
