Site Engineer (Vacancy Code – Building 009/2025)

Position Overview/Scope of role:

Assuring Building Projects are executed as per the Contract and managing change orders and variations to the contract, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes. 

Top Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring project progress against contractual obligations to identify potential issues early on. 
• Managing change orders and variations (with respect to time and cost) to the contract, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes. 
• Communicating contract terms clearly to all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Identifying potential contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle and implementing mitigation strategies. 
• Analyzing contract clauses to minimize liability for the company.
• Preparing regular contract status reports, highlighting key metrics and potential risks. 
• Identifying areas for improvement in the contract management process.

Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:

• Knowledge on contract law and risk management, 
• Strong communication abilities, 
• Analytical reasoning, project management, and the ability to interpret and analyze contracts,

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
• 3 years of related work experience (experience at international company is an added advantage)
• Worked in execution team direct site experience is a must
