Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the organization.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.

  • Conduct regular salary surveys and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

  • Manage the benefits enrollment and administration process.

  • Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.

  • Address employee performance issues and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

  • Training and Development:

  • Identify employee training and development needs.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Manage the training budget.

  • HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant with all applicable laws.

  • Communicate HR policies to employees.

  • HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare reports for management as needed.

  • Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.ย 

  • Manage legal aspects of HR, including employee contracts, terminations, and investigations.

Administrative Management:

  • Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

  • Facilities Management:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the office facility.

  • Ensure the safety and security of the office premises.

  • Manage office space planning and allocation.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

  • Record Keeping and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.

  • Ensure proper documentation of HR and administrative processes.

  • Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the HR and administrative budgets.

  • Track expenses and ensure cost control.

  • Travel Management: (If applicable)

  • Manage employee travel arrangements and expense reporting.

  • Administrative Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a management role.ย 

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.ย 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.ย 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.ย 

  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.ย 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ย 

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.ย
