Location: Addis Ababa

Number of Positions: 1 (One)

Salary & Benefits: As per the company scale

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or related with 5+ years of experience working as Salesperson 
   
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as Head of Sales Team or Sales Manager 
   
• Prior experience in the import/export industry is preferred. 
   
• Strong understanding of customs and clearing systems. 
   
• Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills. 
   
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management abilities
