Key AccountabilitiesÂ
- Assist the end-to-end recruitment process like Job Posting, Screening and Interviews Â
- Prepare induction and onboarding plan and documentation for new hiresÂ
- Maintain proper communication between management and employeeÂ
- Maintain employee records, HR Databases and documentationÂ
- Handle employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.
- Manage HRIS and properly administer attendance systemÂ
- Support the performance appraisal process and monitor employee performance metrics.
- Coordinate talent development and management strategiesÂ
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities Â
QualificationÂ

BA Degree in Business Administration or related FieldsÂ
ExperienceÂ
- 3 years experience in Manufacturing and Trading IndustriesÂ
