Summary:

Tamrin Investment Holding Company seeks a highly organized and experienced Senior Corporate Project Management Coordinator to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across its independent subsidiary companies and within the holding company itself. This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to monitoring, reporting, and successful completion within budget and timeframe. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating a complex organizational structure and driving results. This position directly supports the Research and Business Development department’s mandate to drive growth and innovation within the Tamrin Investment Holding Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments, for multiple concurrent projects within subsidiary companies and new holding company initiatives. This includes defining clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and functions within the holding company and its subsidiaries, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.

  • Project Monitoring & Control: Actively monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization.

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Chief Research and Business Development Officer and other key stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, challenges, and potential solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Effectively manage expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies within the organization, identifying best practices and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Alignment with Research & Business Development Strategy: Contribute to the strategic goals of the Research and Business Development department by effectively managing projects that support business expansion, diversification, and innovation. This includes supporting feasibility studies, market expansion initiatives, and new product introductions.

  • Contract Management: Support the Research and Business Development department in ensuring that project contracts are adhered to, including monitoring contractor performance and compliance with agreed terms.

  • Technical Project Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure projects adhere to approved designs, standards, and technologies. Monitor the progress of technical projects, the adequacy of resources, and provide guidance on technical aspects.

Qualifications:

  • MA/MSC/BA/BSC degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience (minimum 6 and above years) in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects within a large organization or holding company structure.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.   

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.   

  • Experience in the investment or related industry is a plus.
