K.Mikedem General Import and Export, along with its sister companies, is a dynamic and growing organization involved in import/export and distribution of various products, including electronics (Midea). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive our business growth.
Job Summary:
The Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads to support the sales team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, research, and analytical skills, capable of working independently and meeting targets. The position reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential B2B leads through various channels, including online research, industry publications, social media, networking events, and market analysis.

Lead Qualification: Contact prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods to qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

Database Management: Maintain and update a robust lead generation database (CRM), ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Track lead progress and generate reports on lead generation activities.

Outbound Communication: Execute strategic outbound communication campaigns, including cold calling and targeted email marketing, to engage potential clients and generate interest in our products and services.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads, assist in proposal preparation, and contribute to sales presentations.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the B2B market.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and pipeline development.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Requirements:

Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in a related industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills are a plus.

Demonstrated experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and database management (CRM experience preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
