We are a growing pharmacy chain committed to providing top-quality healthcare services. To maintain our high standards across all branches, we are looking for a Quality Control & Maintenance Officer to oversee utilities, security, cleanliness, branch visibility, and government-related tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilities & Equipment Maintenance

Ensure internet, generators, and other utilities are functional at all times.

Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.

Conduct routine inspections and schedule preventive maintenance.
Security & Surveillance
-
Regularly check CCTV cameras to ensure they are operational.

Report and resolve any security or technical issues with the surveillance system.
Cleanliness & Organization
-
Inspect branch cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Follow up on cleaning staff performance and cleaning reports.

Ensure all branches are well-organized and visually appealing.
Branch Visibility & Branding
-
Check storefront visibility (signage, lighting, and display materials).

Ensure brand elements and marketing materials are properly maintained.
Customer Feedback & Online Presence

Monitor and review Google Reviews for all branches.

Address negative reviews or escalate issues to management.

Ensure branches have updated and accurate Google My Business listings with correct hours, photos, and location details.
Government & Compliance Tasks

Handle basic paperwork and submissions for relevant government offices.

Follow up on required permits, licenses, and compliance documentation.

Assist in coordinating regulatory inspections and ensuring all locations meet compliance requirements.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and submit weekly reports on maintenance, cleanliness, security, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and management for issue resolution.

Requirements:
-
At least 1 Year experience in facility maintenance, quality control, or operations (preferred).

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, generators, and surveillance equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with Google Reviews, Google My Business, and online reputation management.

Willingness to handle some government office tasks (permits compliance, etc.).

Ability to travel between branches as needed.
