Furniture Factory Manager

Background

Fassilo is a well established brand in manufacturing and supply of high-quality construction finishing products, including interior/exterior doors, kitchen cabinets, and office furniture. We are currently seeking an experienced Furniture Factory Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.                                                                                                                                                 
• Manage production schedules, quality control, and workforce coordination.
•  Implement best practices in manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and customer demands.

   

Requirements

•  Minimum 4 years of sector-specific experience in furniture manufacturing.
•  Strong technical knowledge of furniture production processes.
•  Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

•  Ability to optimize production workflows and maintain high-quality standards.
