We invite qualified applicants for the position of Deputy Manager -Human Resources at one of our clients VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary
To contribute in implementation of the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies/ Processes in the assigned zone/area, & provide  operational support to the HR Regional Head of the given region in design, development and institutionalization of new HR initiatives / plans and ensure smooth roll-out within budgeted costs and agreed timelines.Â
The Deputy Human Resource Manager has the following Responsibilities:-
- Setting up of interviewsÂ
- Printing BEI templates and CVs on the days of the interviews
- Blocking calendars for the interview timesÂ
- Running the Back Ground Verification for all the selected candidates
- SRF creation for contracts & creation of files and filingÂ
- Drafting of any local letters that are requested from staff – templates that are already in place – EG – Process training lettersÂ
- Scanning of files
- Any other admin related functionÂ
Employee Engagement:Â
- Assist the Regional HR Manager in executing HR Connect initiatives to ensure constant interactions with employees and their respective superiors.
- Assist in identifying employee concerns / grievances / issues proactively.Â
- Contract management – ensuring that fixed term contracts are renewed on time.Â
- Employee Welfare – initiating and executing employee engagement activities e.g., team building activities as well as organizing staff lunch as per company procedures

- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements in respect of VACs / business operating in the zoneÂ
- Â Ensure compliance to the all VFS Global HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.
- Ensure adherence to laid down processes to obtain good / acceptable audit rating, as and when assessedÂ
Job Requirement
- Qualification & Experience:- Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management or related Social education
- Certifications in HRÂ experience
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources role Knowledge & Key Skills,  from all experience  2 years as a managerial role Â
- Â Excellent people assessment skills
- Deep understanding of talent market, hiring trends and processesÂ
