Marketing Manager

• Formulate the Sales and Marketing plans, strategies and programs; 

• Evaluate and analyze department’s performance and communicate recommendation on potentials for improvement to the top management of the Company;

• Establish and revise the policies, procedures and work instructions for the department;

• Build, lead and manage a team of salespersons within the department;

• Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of the department and provide guidance to subordinates in their assigned duties;

• Ensure that potential customers are effectively identified and strong relationship is built with the existing customers;

• Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;

 BA Degree in Management / Marketing Management / Business Administration or related field, MA Degree is a plus

At least 6 -8 years of experience in trading company operation out of which at least 4 years in managerial position.

Good Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skill

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Business Management and Marketing best practices

Creativity, innovation and business mindedness 

Strategic thinking and Decision making skill
