The Senior Key Account Officer will be responsible for expanding our market presence by increasing revenue from key clients and actively seeking out new business opportunities. You will manage relationships with key accounts implementing strategies to secure new clients and grow our Sales footprint. The role requires significant coffee sales experience and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategies to increase revenue from key accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, conducting regular visits to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute tailored sales promotions and product launch initiatives.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and sales reports, analyzing data to adjust strategies and meet targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of coffee sales experience, with a strong record of increasing revenue and acquiring new clients is mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of the coffee industry, including trends, competitors, and product insights.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop revenue growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients in hospitality, retail, or office settings.
  • Established network in the coffee industry.
