HR Manager

Organization: 

Heal Venture Medical and Surgical Centre We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions at our health center. This role involves driving HR initiatives, promoting employee well-being, and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting organizational goals

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage recruitment and staffing. 
• Develop HR policies and procedures. 
• Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment. 
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll. 
• Implement training programs and professional development. 
• Conduct performance evaluations. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. 
• Coordinate employee wellness programs and resolve conflicts. 
• Support leadership in workforce planning. 
• Maintain confidential employee records

Requirements: 

• MBA with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or HR-specific training. 
• 5+ years of HR management experience in healthcare settings preferred.
