Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will lead the development team and work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust and scalable web solutions. Your proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies will be essential for the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using Node.js, React, and PHP Laravel.
• Architect, design, and implement web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, and efficiency across devices.
• Work with databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL) to design and manage data structures and queries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and technologies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with back-end services.
• Work in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality software on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Node.js, React, and PHP Laravel.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Solid understanding of back-end architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with mobile-first design principles and responsive web development.
• Knowledge of web application security best practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
