Medical Sales Manager

Job Description:

1. Product Promotion:

   • Inform physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers about the benefits and features of pharmaceutical products.

   • Provide product samples and detailed information to healthcare professionals.

   • Facilitating the sales of products.

2. Relationship Building:

   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.

   • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote products and address any questions or concerns.

3. Sales Strategy:

   • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

   • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.

5. Continuous Learning:

   • Stay updated with the latest medical data and industry trends.

   • Attend training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Salary:

• The compensation is based on a combination of salary and commission, according to the company’s scale.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field.

• Ability to understand and explain complex medical information.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and 5 years of sales experience.

Experience: 5-8 years, with a preference for those who have experience in the sales of medical devices and supplies.
