- Marketing and Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share, and revenue.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events, while supporting sales initiatives.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and materials that support customer acquisition and retention.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Project Development for NGO Customers: Design and implement tailored marketing and sales strategies to meet the specific needs of NGO clients, fostering partnerships and ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, sales processes, and analytics platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and sales campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
