Meseret Mare solar import and installation company would like to recruit solar PV  professional who fulfil the following job description , education level and experience; 

Job description

• install ,supervise and maintain solar PV systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

• Perform electrical work, including wiring, grounding, and electrical testing.

• Create and maintain records of system installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• conduct routine maintenance of solar pumping systems installed in the target communities, advise on proper operation and maintenance procedures to reduce incidence of breakdowns

• Test and verify the electrical integrity, outputs, and performance of the installed solar system

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the installation process

Education: 

• Bsc degree in electrical/mechanical/electro-mechanical engineering and  experience on  installation of solar pump systems

•  training certificate on solar photovoltaic /solar water pumping is advantage 

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of  hand on experience on installation of submersible as well as surface pump in the range of 500w-50Kw  and training of end users 

• Hand on experience on plumbing and electromagnetically work 

• Previous experience  of working in rural setting  in complex and contexts.

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and team working skills

•  Good cultural awareness and sensitivity

• Ability to work independently whenever required

• Willing to present the past experience of solar PV installation/solar Pumping system  during interview period 
   

Language:

• Excellent spoken and written English and Amharic ;knowledge of Oromifa will be an advantage
