Role Summary: 
Oversees the development and technical operations of the company’s digital platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

Reports to: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s app and backend systems.
• Manage the tech team and coordinate software updates, debugging, and feature releases.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and uptime.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to implement new features.
• Advise on new technologies and future technical direction.

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or related fields; MSc is a plus.
• 5+ years in software engineering; 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS), cloud services, and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
