Solution Architect

Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the BDD Manager, the Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering customized end-to-end solutions that address the unique needs of clients in areas such as network infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), wireless access points (WAPs), Cyber security, physical security, and other related ICT solutions. Additionally, the Solution Architect will be involved in pre-sales activities, technical presentations, RFP responses, and post-sales support to ensure successful implementation, testing, and client satisfaction. managing client accounts and contributing to overall business expansion.
Description of duties:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, designing optimal solutions.
2. Provide expert technical advice on selecting, configuring, and implementing enterprise solutions.
3. Develop detailed technical proposals, solution documentation, and respond to RFPs.
4. Lead pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and product demonstrations.
5. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and design compelling solutions.
6. Lead technical discussions during proposal and bidding stages.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented as per design specifications.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
9. Assist with proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementations to demonstrate solution feasibility.
10. Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
12. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and process improvements related to solution architecture.                                               

Education

BSc. in computer science/ Electrical and computer engineer or relevant field of study
Work Experience

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Skills

– Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio for designing network layouts and system diagrams.
– Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions including network infrastructure, data centers, cloud, HCI, wireless AP, and physical security.
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
– Ability to create detailed solution designs and technical documentation.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
