Senior Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects within our design firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, construction execution and be familiar with BIM workflow. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Management: Oversee the entire design process from client brief to development, coordination, and submission.
   
• Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, ensuring high-quality project outcomes. 
   
• Project Management: Coordinate with teams, review design changes, conduct site inspections, and maintain project schedules.

   

• BIM & Technology: Apply BIM knowledge to enhance design coordination and efficiency.

   

• Engineering Integration: Coordinate and integrate various engineering disciplines through the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, ensuring seamless collaboration in design development and facility management processes.

   

• Construction drawings: Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engineering disciplines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
   
• Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
   
• Experience in a design office within a real estate firm is a plus.
   
• Familiarity and experience with BIM work flow
   
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in 
    • Autodesk Revit
       
    • AutoCad
       
    • Lumion or 3DS Max
       

    • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
   

• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
