We are an established import company based in Addis Ababa, currently expanding our automotive division. We are looking for honest, reliable, and experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Sales Manager – Automotive Division (1 Position)

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Sales Manager with deep experience in both electric and conventional car sales. The ideal candidate will not only lead sales operations but also manage tender-related activities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the car sales team.
●Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
●Handle car-related tenders, from identification to documentation and submission.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
●Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules.
●Analyze market trends and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
●Minimum 5 years of proven experience in car sales, including EVs.
●Strong knowledge of public and private car tenders.
●Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
●High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability.
●Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
