Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and engage new clients.
• Manage sales team and oversee client relationships.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports.

Qualifications:

• BA/MA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in construction or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
