As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As Sales and Marketing Manager for our lubricants division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and developing marketing strategies to promote our lubricant products.ย 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Leads a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and product promotions.

  • Monitors industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.

  • Develops pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability.

  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting of sales data and market insights to senior management.

  • Travels to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research as needed.

  • Develops and implements Key Performance Indicators for department staff and conducts half yearly and annual employee Performance Appraisal.ย 

  • Develops Personal development plan for employees under his supervision to improve implementation capacity of the staff based on employeeโ€™s appraisal result.

  • Collaborates with various divisions within the company to align sales and marketing strategies, optimize resource utilization, and achieve overall business objectives.

  • Reprepares period reports (daily, weekly, monthly, sixth month and annual and submits to his/her immediate supervisor.

  • Carries out other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

  • Required Education/Experience:

  • MA/BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 14/12 years work experience out of which 6 years direct experience in Sales and Marketing of lubricants in trading companies.

  • Skills and Special Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in team management and leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of lubricant products and the lubricants market

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Valid Passport.
