The Sales and Customer Relations Division Head is responsible for leading the sales and customer service teams to achieve company objectives. This role involves developing sales strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 
     
  • Oversee the customer relations team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
     
  • Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. 
     
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
     
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to the executive management.
     
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales and customer relations staff. 
     
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility. 
     
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support for improvement. 
     
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Job Specification (JS) 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 
     
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
     
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships. 

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
     
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
     
  • Microsoft Office Suite. 
     
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
