Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and lubricants industry.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of oils and lubricants is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
