Production staff 

Property Admin Officer is responsible under the general supervision of the Distribution and Fleet Operation Coordinator, supervises, coordinates and controls fleet of heavy vehicles; schedules, assigns and dispatches according to priorities and needs, controls drivers assigned to vehicles.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vehicle inventory owned by the company, including their make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs.

  • Coordinating with the maintenance department to arrange maintenance and repair services for heavey vehicles.

  • Maintaining records of fuel usage and mileage for each vehicle.

  • Oversee the routine cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle

  • Coordinating with insurance companies to file claims for damaged vehicles.

  • Reporting vehicle accidents or other incidents involving company vehicles to insurance companies or administration & Human Resource department as appropriate.

  • Follow up the effective utilization of company vehicles and maintain attendance of route drivers.

  • Supervises, coordinates and controls the operation of fleet of light and heavy vehicles;

  • Verifies requisitions for fuel, oil and lubricants; 

  • Verifies the issuance of tools, tires, and other accessories etc.;

  • Ensure that safety and traffic regulations are observed at all times.

  • Controls attendance of drivers under him;

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS 

  1. Education: BSc Degree in BSc/Diploma in Auto mechanic/ Automotive Technology or Business Management in a related field study with 2 Years above related work experience.

B. Knowledge, Skills, Competence:

  • Managing cost and service performance.

  • Management of a team and coaching skills

  • Health and Safety management experience and knowledge

  • Effective communication skills, and a thorough understanding of distribution and property administration 

  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
