LESSO ETHIOPIA PLC wants to hire applicants for the following Position

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of plastic production processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, extrusion).  Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.  Proficient in production planning software and MS Office
