Job Overview
The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product development process, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, software development teams, and customers to translate requirements into actionable product features. The Product Owner plays a key role in optimizing product value, maintaining a strategic roadmap, and ensuring continuous improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and manage the product development process.
- Collaborate with users and clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Support the software development team by managing backlog items and prioritizing features to maximize product value.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, incorporating feature requests and strategic enhancements.
- Ensure that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
- Present strategies and product ideas to stakeholders.
- Define product features based on customer feedback and market research.
- Lead the development process and serve as the primary point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Assist the scrum/product development team in meeting sprint objectives.
- Continuously refine and improve the product before release.
- Identify and address areas for improvement.
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed about product progress and updates.
RequirementsΒ

BSc/MSc in computer science, information systems, or related field.

3-4 years of previous working experience as a product owner.

Working knowledge of product development architecture

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Understanding of design quality standards
