Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.ย
Administrative Management:
- Supervise administrative functions, including facility management and office services.
- Manage administrative budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure efficient office operations and maintenance of records.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations. ย
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR and administrative functions with operational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Masterโs degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.ย
