Job Summary 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning & Coordination Manager to lead the end-to-end operational planning and cross-departmental coordination of the oil plant in Adama. This role plays a key function in synchronizing production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while aligning with corporate objectives.

Company Scale: 25,132.00 ETB

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and implementation of integrated production and operational plans. 

• Coordinate planning activities across production, procurement, logistics, and sales functions. 

• Monitor material flow, inventory levels, and production timelines to avoid bottlenecks

• Analyze KPIs and planning data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. 

• Introduce and manage planning tools or ERP systems to optimize coordination and forecasting. 

• Prepare regular reports on plant performance, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization. 

• Serve as a liaison between our oil operations and other company divisions for alignment on deliverables and priorities.

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, coordination, or supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG industries. 

Skills & Competencies 

• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. 

• Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams. 

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• A proactive mindset with attention to operational details.
