Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Program Expert with a strong background in coffee farm development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance productivity and sustainability within our coffee operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for coffee farm development and expansion.
• Collaborate with agronomists and farm managers to set clear objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze agricultural data to inform decision-making and optimize practices.
• Facilitate training workshops for staff on best agricultural practices and sustainability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in project management software and agricultural technologies.
