Job overview

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to optimize processes within the Oil Seeds & Pulses division. This role involves managing operational workflows, enhancing sourcing efficiency, and supporting the division’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations including procurement, quality checks, and warehousing.

• Streamline logistics and ensure timely delivery across the value chain.

• Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

• Ensure product traceability and regulatory compliance.

• Support procurement planning based on market trends and export demands.

Requirements 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Agribusiness, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 3 years in an operations role within Agriculture or Agroprocessing.

Skills

• Strong analytical and process optimization skills.

• Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities.
