The Marketing Officer will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies of the company. Will also be expected to conduct and or participate in   market research and analysis, coordinate promotional activities, and lead marketing campaigns. Maintains good relationships with existing and potential customers, convinces buyers to buy products, analyses competitors strategies

Job Descriptions

  • Offer advice towards the development of specific marketing strategies, including market share, distribution channels and product mix

  • Liaise with managers and clients to understand marketing requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives

  • Plan and create advertising campaigns to meet marketing strategy requirements

  • Use analytics to monitor the success of advertising campaigns

  • Keep abreast of technological and digital advances related to marketing

  • Implement advertising campaigns and other marketing activities.

  • Managing and developing marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences

  • Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.

  • Conducting promotional activities.

  • Overseeing campaigns on social media.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.

  • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

  • Experience of 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in furniture manufacturing sector

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS    

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills;

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal skills  and organizational abilities

  • Knowledge and experience of carrying out Marketing activities;

  • Computer literate.
