About the job
This full-time role needs hands on experience in day –to- day activities of market research and a deep understanding of the Market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across Sales and other departments.
Key responsibilities including: –

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company products and services.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

Develop initiatives to improve potential buyers’ acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Represent the company with corporate clients when needed.

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on business objectives.

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Leadership, Or Related fields.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience.

Advance knowledge of Marketing and Market researching practices.
-
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
