Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales for MINA Furniture. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to execute marketing initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives.

Job Description

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals and target market.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs to measure success and effectiveness of campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools that support the showroom and sales initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all communications reflect the company’s values and mission.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, email marketing, and social media strategy.

  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience and search engines.

  • Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize online presence and engagement.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment

  • Track and report on marketing expenditures, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet budgetary constraints.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a creative and results-oriented environment.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

  • Encourage professional development and training opportunities within the marketing department.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with other departments, including Finance, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare and present marketing reports and strategies to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

  • Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in marketing analytics and tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
