• Follow up floated tender, purchase the bid documents. Communicate with clients on the tender process.
• Searching tenders from different portals and present for approval by his/her seniors 
• Study the tender documents and prepare checklists on the basic requirements of the tender
• Submits tender document & participate in the bid openings. 
• Prepare bid bonds if required Review bid format in order to comply with guidelines and purchaser requirements. 
• Reviewing terms and conditions of the bids and report to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow up submitted tenders. 
• Arrange bid bonds and performance bonds.

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related field
• Year of experience = Zero (0)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good Computer skill
