We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled Information Security Management System (ISMS) Specialist/Consultant to join our dynamic team

ISMS Specialist/ Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s ISMS in compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ISMS policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the integrity of the organization’s information systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on ISMS-related issues and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in information security.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for staff to promote security awareness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all ISMS-related queries and incidents..
• Provide expert guidance on ISMS implementation and provide training to staff on best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving technologies that impact information security.
• Assist in preparing for external audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Certification: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification is mandatory; additional certifications such as CISM, ISMS implementer or ISMS auditor are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in information security, risk management, and compliance, preferably in a consulting role.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant security   frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
