Invitation to Bid for Final Project Evaluation

ChildFund Ethiopia is an international child focused NGO working to improve the wellbeing of deprived, excluded, and vulnerable children and families. We achieve positive change in communities in partnership with local organizations through our three core programs that improve education, health and livelihoods and achieve the outcomes of healthy and secure infants, educated and confident children and skilled and involved youth.

ChildFund Ethiopia is going to implement a 41-month project entitled “Sustainable Food Security Program and Environmental Protection for Rural areas in Siraro and Fentale Districts, Ethiopia”

  Requirements 

The service provider required to meet the following conditions 
 

• A successful track record of carrying out household surveys
• All applicants should include a statement as to their level of expertise, if any, in using this methodology so that ChildFund can ensure that proper resources and support are provided as needed.
• Experience in using standard data entry and analysis software is a must.
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey data, including facilitating staff and stakeholder participation in the analysis and interpretation of findings.
• Proven abilities in documenting and sharing survey findings in concise, user-friendly formats that are conducive to use by local program staff.
• Good knowledge of the area and the official language(s) to engage effectively with field teams and household respondents to obtain reliable data.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is highly desirable.

Application Procedure 

Competent and interested service providers are requested to submit their proposal exclusively prepared in the English language, separately for the consultancy service which include the following to ChildFund Ethiopia office address stated below. 

1. A separet technical proposal for the consultancy service which includes a capability statement detailing suitability for the assignment, similar assignments undertaken, references for the same professional profiles of the team who will be involved in the assignment. Copies of legal documents including renewed license, TIN and VAT certificates need to be enclosed in the technical proposal.

2. A separately sealed financial proposal should be inclusive of all associated costs and taxes for the assignment. 

Failure to submit any of the evidence stated in the bid document may result in rejection of the bids.
