Invitation for Tender: Annual Audit

The Ethiopian Society of Emergency and Critical Care Professionals Association (ESEP) was established in 2012 but changed its name and registered as the Ethiopian Society of Emergency and Critical Care Professionals Association (ESECCPA) in 2018. It received its legal status (Registration No. 2670) from the Ethiopian Charities of Societies Agency, being registered as an Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization.

The Ethiopian Society of Emergency and Critical Care Professionals Association is dedicated to representing professionals whose goals are saving lives and protecting property and the environment during emergencies and disasters. ESECCPA invites bids from eligible and competent audit firms for an audit of its financial records (Two box File) covering the period from July 2024 to June 2025. The audit is scheduled to begin in the first week of August 2025. 

Required Qualifications:

• Valid business license
• Firm profile and team composition
• Proof of current tax payment
• TIN registration certificates
• Competency Certificate from the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia
• Evidence of previous experience in providing audit services for organizations in the NGO Sector
• Technical proposal indicating the proposed timelines for audit completion
• Financial proposal that indicates the total price annually with VAT from July 2024 to June 2027
