TradeEthiopia School of Business & Innovation, a licensed TVET Institute, is hiring Instructors for the following courses: 

1. Coffee Cupping Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Teach practical and theoretical aspects of coffee cupping. 

• Train students on sensory analysis, quality grading, and coffee tasting protocols. 

• Guide learners through hands-on cupping sessions and industry practices. 

• Provide knowledge on coffee sourcing, flavor profiling, and evaluation standards. 

• Develop engaging training materials and assist students with preparation for COC Level 4 exams. 

2. Sales and Marketing Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Deliver interactive lessons on sales techniques and marketing strategies. 

• Provide insights into market research, customer management, and digital marketing. 

• Enhance practical learning with case studies and simulations. 

• Prepare students for real-world roles and COC Level 4 certification. 

• Facilitate apprenticeships, internships, and career pathways. 

3. International Trade & Stock Brokerage Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Teach trade regulations, global logistics, and stock brokerage fundamentals. 

• Guide learners on trading platforms, portfolio management, and market analysis. 

• Support students in understanding risk analysis and trade policies. 

• Develop practical skills to meet COC Level 4 requirements. 

• Mentor students for careers in international trade and stock markets. 

4. Business Leadership Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Provide training on leadership theories, decision-making, and organizational management. 

• Train students on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. 

• Incorporate real-life leadership scenarios into lessons. 

• Assist students in achieving COC Level 4 certification. 

5. Business Development for International Trade Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Guide students in identifying opportunities for business growth in international markets. 

• Deliver training on negotiation skills, proposal development, and strategic partnerships. 

• Develop course content aligned with COC Level 4 standards. 

• Provide mentorship to empower students for business success. 

6. Entrepreneurship Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Train students in business idea generation, business planning, and startup management. 

• Teach innovation, risk management, and sustainable business development. 

• Facilitate networking opportunities for students with industry partners. 

• Prepare students to meet COC Level 4 certification standards. 

7. Import Export Marketing Instructor 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Teach import-export processes, trade documentation, and market strategies. 

• Provide training on supply chain management, logistics, and customs compliance. 

• Develop skills to identify export opportunities and trade risks. 

• Support students in preparing for COC Level 4 exams and career readiness.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field. 

• COC Level 4 Certification is required. 

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the respective field. 

• Strong teaching and communication skills. 

• Experience working with a TVET institution is a plus.
