Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the oil & lubricants industry.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants, applications, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term business relationships with corporate clients.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with B2B clients in manufacturing, automotive, transportation, or heavy machinery industries.

  • Technical certification or training in lubricants or related fields.
