3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the oil & lubricants industry.

Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants, applications, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term business relationships with corporate clients.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with B2B clients in manufacturing, automotive, transportation, or heavy machinery industries.

Technical certification or training in lubricants or related fields.
