Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and HR policy development. 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. 
  • Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. 
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve engagement. 
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement strategies. 
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development. 
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and addressing underperformance. 
  • Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits programs. 
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures. 
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. 
  • Promote leadership development and succession planning. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 
  • Update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed. 
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases. 
  • Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews. 
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. 
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs. 

HR Manager Qualifications & Skills 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus. 
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 
  • Strong knowledge of  labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations
