Robit International Business Group PLC, a prominent diversified business group in Ethiopia with over two decades of experience in sectors such as furniture and plywood production, hospitality, real estate, technology, and agriculture, is inviting qualified and competent candidates to apply for the following vacant positions at Dukem Furniture Factory, one of its ventures located in Dukem. We are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to the success and growth of our furniture industry.

Oversee and manage all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, staff performance evaluation, and employee relations.

Implement HR policies, organizational structures, and administrative systems.

Coordinate administrative support services such as facility management, office supplies, and recordkeeping.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.

Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances effectively.

Support employee development through training and capacity-building initiatives.

Maintain accurate and updated HR records, including attendance, payroll coordination, and personnel files.

Work closely with production and management teams to plan and optimize workforce needs.

Foster a positive and productive work environment across departments.

Liaise with the Head Office in Addis Ababa regarding human resources and administration matters to ensure alignment with company-wide policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law, workplace health and safety standards, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems is an added advantage.
