Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our HR team. The HR Officer is the responsible for overall HR activities.Β 

Key Responsibilities;

  • Performing quarterly and annual employee performance review.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible for administering payroll system.
  • Process wage garnishment and other deductions.
  • Preparing payrolls and submit to head office HR team in a timely manner.
  • Submitting daily, weekly and monthly report regarding to man power figures.Β 
  • Drafting offer letters and employment contract agreements for signature by hiring Manager, Candidate and others as appropriate.
  • Perform other tasks that assign by line manager.

  • BA degree on Human Resource, Management, Business administration or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Writing, Reading, Speaking and listening Afan Oromo is mandatory for those applicants who apply for Ambo and also speaking Af-somali is an advantageous for applicants who apply for Jigjiga.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
