Recruitment Management: Handle the company’s recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment channels.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage employee entry, probation, transfer, and exit procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Training & Development: Assist in organizing employee training programs and improving talent development plans to enhance overall employee skills.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage attendance records, payroll calculations, social security, and provident fund processing.
5. Performance Management: Support the execution of performance evaluation systems, collect assessment data, and provide improvement suggestions.
6. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, organize team-building activities, and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
7. HR Records Management: Maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and optimize HR information systems.
8. Corporate Culture Development: Promote company culture and assist in organizing corporate events and activities.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, familiar with recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations.
3. Professional Skills: Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies, capable of independently handling HR matters.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus.
5. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
6. Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and with strong execution abilities.
