This is a full time, in office role based in ICT Part in AA.Β 

Role Description

  • Manage and execute a wide range of HR generalist functions, including employee relations, recruitment support, performance documentation, and HR compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing end-to-end, ensuring accurate and timely submissions in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer and continuously improve the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication between HR, management, and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws, and support audits and internal reviews as required.
  • Coordinate and support training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements in HR and payroll operations.
  • Work independently with a high level of professionalism, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR & Administrative role.
  • Strong Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience supporting payroll activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional executive administrative assistance and general administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in employee onboarding and familiarity with HR best practices.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
